• All purchases are final. Link’d Services does not issue refunds for subscriptions, renewals, or one-time services, regardless of usage.

• Clients are solely responsible for managing their subscriptions, including payment methods, cancellations, and billing cycles.
   
• Link’d Services does not modify or manage subscriptions on behalf of clients.
   
• Charges will continue until a subscription is canceled by the client.

3. Service Access and Cancellation
 

• Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Services remain available until the end of the current billing period.
   
• No credits or refunds are provided for early cancellation.

4. Service Availability and Security
 

• Services are provided digitally through Discord and related platforms. While Link’d Services takes high measures to maintain reliable operations, uninterrupted access and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
   
• Link’d Services is not responsible for outages, downtime, third-party platform issues, or security incidents that affect service delivery.
   
• Clients are responsible for securing their own accounts, devices, and credentials.
   
• Clients accept that the use of these services carries inherent limitations, and Link’d Services shall not be held liable for any disruptions, errors, or damages, including financial losses, that may occur.

5. Client Conduct and Responsibility
 

• Clients must use services in a lawful and respectful manner.
   
• Misuse of services, violations of community guidelines, or unlawful activity may result in suspension or termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property
 

• All monitors, alerts, release guides, proprietary tools, and other digital content provided by Link’d Services are the exclusive property of Link’d Services. Clients may not copy, resell, distribute, or repurpose any content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
 

• All services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
   
• Link’d Services is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from use or inability to use its services.
   
• This includes, but is not limited to: missed opportunities, account bans, server bans delayed information, lost profits, compromised third-party tools, or security incidents.
   
• Clients acknowledge that all purchasing, reselling, and business decisions are undertaken at their discretion and remain their sole responsibility.
  
  8. Third-Party Services
   
• Link’d Services may rely on third-party platforms and providers (including but not limited to Discord, Stripe, Whop, and monitoring providers).
   
• We are not responsible for outages, failures, or damages caused by third-party service issues.
  
  9. Service Modifications
   
• Link’d Services reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any service, feature, or policy at any time without prior notice. 
   
• Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of such changes.

10. Termination of Services
 

• Link’d Services may suspend or terminate a client’s access to services at its sole discretion, without prior notice, and without refund.

11. Compliance with Discord Policies
 

• All clients must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when accessing services delivered via Discord.

12. Governing Law
 

• These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
  
  13. Indemnification
   
• Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Link’d Services, its owners, and staff from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from their use or misuse of the services.
  
  14. Severability
   
• If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  
  15. Entire Agreement
